Operate and maintain sublimation printing equipment, heat press machine and other machinery.
Constantly check each garment and design for quality or defect.
Communicate regularly with designers and production teams to ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of orders.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Keep the room and work area clean at all times.

Sublimation printing experience and/or an artistic background are preferred.
Have an eye for design and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
Able to work with minimal supervision and expand necessary efforts to complete duties.
Strong computer navigation skills, ability to learn new programs quickly.
Need to be physically capable of moderate lifting and standing on your feet the majority of the day.

Responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines and equipment.
Liaise with supplier on machine setup and mechanical related matters.
Investigate mechanical failures and rectify the issue with supplier.
Oversee the manufacturing process for the machine and provide guidelines on safety operation of machines and equipment to the production workers.
Collaborate across departments to determine materials and in-house requirements to meet the production plan effectively.
Proactively identify, discuss, and implement improvements on existing design, process, and system.
Comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Able to work with minimal supervision and expand necessary efforts to complete duties.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, required for English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in mandarin would be preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers in China.
